CANCELLATION AND REFUND
• Regrettably, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accommodated for any placed orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
• To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us at terranorta@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
• Considering hygiene standards, all received exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange.
• Please note that returns will not be accepted if:
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the products are damaged
• Once the exchange is confirmed, customers are responsible for shipping the item with the tracking ID provided to us at terranorta@gmail.com in the same email thread.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
• If you receive a defective product, send parcel unboxing video at terranorta@gmail.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
• Customer will have to bear the courier charges for exchange.
• Exchanges are limited to the same product for size change only once.
• Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee stock availability for the desired size. If the size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
• Items purchased during promotions/sales are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
•No refund to be provided for partial payments made by customer upon cancellation of their order.
